Pumps Australia
Pumps Australia was established in 1997 and is a unique force in the Pumping and High-Pressure water industry. We operate out of a 4300 m2 facility in Welshpool, Western Australia and are a family owned and operated business.
Founder, John Warne, has many years of hands-on experience designing, manufacturing and servicing a range of industrial Pumps and High-Pressure systems. The knowledge he has compiled over the years is now being passed on to the next generation through his son Ben Warne and other professional staff.
This will ensure the business continues to grow and develop with a strong emphasis on technical expertise, customer service and product development and quality. One such example of our product development success, is our Patented Smart Drive 4000psi pressure cleaner. This Honda powered, high pressure pump, only runs when the trigger on the gun is pulled, giving the product much longer life and less maintenance.
Our development strategy is based around our core objective to design and manufacture a complete range of Pumps and Pressure Cleaners (petrol, diesel, electric, hydraulic, EXE, air, hot and cold) to meet the unique and harsh Australian conditions. This is achieved by our continuous strive to research and develop new initiatives to improve our products to meet our customers current and changing needs.
Our philosophy is to maintain a complete range of Pumps and Pressure Cleaners at our Welshpool warehouse. This ensures that we are readily able to supply our products to both our distributor networks and our customers for when they need them. This is backed up by our outstanding, old fashioned customer service.
Additionally, we have the facilities and specialist technicians to custom build a system to meet your needs. Our expert sales staff, with over 30 years of combined experience, will assist you with the design and selection of products and equipment that will provide solutions to your needs. If you can think of it, we may be able to make it.
Although our products are strong, reliable and built to last, they will no doubt require maintenance and repairs. That’s why we backup our products with a full-service workshop with highly experienced technicians for all your repair and maintenance requirements.

Do You Deliver Products Worldwide?
Yes, we are well experienced in shipping worldwide including the provision of bill of loading documentation however, international shipments may be subject to customs processing and additional charges. Pumps Australia is not responsible in any way to cover such costs.
The customer is responsible for customs clearing/duties, and local taxation.
Customs policies vary from country to country, therefore you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays in arrival.
Do You Service & Repair All Makes & Models?
Yes, we can provide quality service and repairs on all makes & models, here at Pumps Australia, we take pride in meeting our customers’ service & repair needs.
No matter what type of pump or pressure cleaner unit, our trained technicians are skilled in all repairs and services.
When it comes to keeping your equipment running at its best, the service team here at Pumps Australia is the one to trust. We know your equipment is important to you, that’s why we work hard to get it fixed correctly and back to you as quickly as we can. We aim for fast service, and we never compromise or cut corners.
What After Sales Service Do You Provide?
Depending what you purchase from us, we provide a minimum of 1 year and up to 3 years of warranty on our products (conditions apply).
We have a fully functional and equipped service/repair workshop which caters for any service or repair needs.
Our staff are available to guide and assist you with any issues or queries you have with your equipment from 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (we can also offer 24/7 assistance where required). You are guaranteed for your calls to be answered by a real person, no recordings here.
Additionally, as a member of The Australasian High Pressure Water Jetting Association (AUSJET), incorporating Australasian Drain Cleaning and Vacuum Association (ADCVA), you can trust us to be well-informed of all the latest industry changes and requirements. Our first world suppliers also keep our technicians up to date with product upgrades.
